Exhibition opportunities are available at the 12th IACMAG Conference and the Conference Exhibition Area plan is attached below.

The super structure will be erected with M.S. Pipe with large span, which will be duly covered by G.I. sheets/Tarpaulin and cloth ceiling underneath. The height of the structure will be about 5 m. The air conditioning of the super structure will be carried out by the AC units to maintain even temperature. Raised wooden platform will be provided inside the structure. A synthetic carpet will be laid on the platform inside the structure. Metal halides and tube lights will be used inside for adequate illumination. A special facade will be created apt for the event at the entrance. Potted plants will be provided at the entrance as well. 

The stall will be of 3 m x 3 m size, the partition will be in Alusett octagonal system with laminated panels. Participants name will be written in Vinyl. Each stall will be furnished with 1 desk table, 2 chairs and 1 dustbin. 3 spot lights and 1 plug point will also be provided.
